Booking review

When sending an order confirmation, it is the customer's responsibility that everything in the booking is as requested and agreed. When the order confirmation is approved by email, this is the valid booking. 

Payment

After customer review and approval of the order confirmation, an invoice will be sent equal to 50% of the order value.  

Payment to bank: The Flower Arrangement - Reg. no.: 5148 / Account no.: 1229733. Please state invoice no. when transferring money. Net 8 days. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with applicable law. 

14 days before the day of the booking,an invoice will be sent for the remaining amount, with 8  day payment deadline.

Delivery

The delivery time will be agreed on the order date by email. 

If the recipient is not at home, we reserve the right to leave the booking outside the door, weather permitting. If the customer does not want this, we will take the booking back to the flower shop in  Frederikssund, where it can be picked up.

Right of withdrawal

As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal on a booking after the deposit has been paid. In case of cancellation 4 weeks before the booking date, there is no charge for the second part of the booking. 

In case of cancellation after the 2nd invoice has been paid, it is possible to reschedule the booking to another date. However  no refunds will be given. 

If you want to move your booking to another date, you can do this once. After this  no credit note is made for the amount paid.

As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal on cut flowers and bouquets, as they are  delivery of a handmade and living product that is likely to deteriorate or become obsolete  quickly, cf. section of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, stk. 2, nr. 1 jf. § 7, stk. 2, nr. 1.

Right of complaint

Cut flowers and bouquets are generally not covered by warranty, as they are  delivery of a handmade and living product that is likely to deteriorate or become obsolete  quickly, cf. section of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, stk. 2, nr. 1 jf. § 7, stk. 2, nr. 1.  

If you have any complaints, please contact us at kontakt@theflowerarrangement.dkA  complaints must be made no later than the first working day after the day of delivery and we will immediately  assess whether we agree with your complaint.

Phone hours

Monday - Friday from 9-14. For inquiries outside of these hours, please contact us by email. There are  will be an expected response time of 24 hours.  

Use of images

The Flower Arrangement reserves the right to use images of any setups and  bFlower bookings if there are no people in the photo. 

When using images sent by the customer, the customer must authorize us to use the images.

Ved manglede vase, opsats eller stage 

The Flower Arrangement forbeholder sig retten til at opkræve nedenstående ved et mistet eller ødelagt produkt ved udlejning. Under kundens lejetid fra eksempelvis fredag-mandag, er det kundens ansvar, at de udlejet produkter kommer retur intakte og i korrekt antal.

  • Ved kunder der lejer produkter til event eller bryllup på restaurant eller anden location, gælder ovenstående retningslinjer også. Det er kunden og ikke tredjepart, som står til ansvar for produkterne.

  • Ved leje af ester & erik stage opkræves: 100,- pr. manglende eller ødelagt stage

  • Ved leje af glasvase opkræves: 50,- pr. manglende eller ødelagt vase

  • Ved leje af lille raawii opsats opkræves: 699,- pr. manglende eller ødelagt opsats

  • Ved leje af stor raawii opsats opkræves: 999,- pr. manglende eller ødelagt opsats

  • Ved leje af blomsterport opkræves: 2.999,- ved manglende eller ødelagt port
